Investigation and Research on Graduation Requirements for Undergraduate Majors of Physical Education

Based on the perspective of students’ cognition, taking Xizang Minzu University as an example, using SPSS statistical software to conduct in-depth analysis of 164 valid questionnaire data, mainly to understand the status quo of students’ cognition of physical education undergraduate graduation requirements. To explore the relevance and difference of gender and grade for graduation requirements. It aims to provide a reference for the certification of undergraduate teachers in Tibet’s physical education and to improve the quality of undergraduate graduation. In the future, in the running and teaching of the undergraduate major of physical education in Tibet, it is necessary to strengthen students’ understanding and understanding of the graduation requirements of this major, and to train students’ Teaching Ability and core qualities in a targeted manner
