Abstract

For high-tech enterprises, to engage in independent innovation activities, not only need their own efforts, but also need specific environmental support. Based on the research method of big data, this paper evaluates the environmental elements and innovation of high-tech enterprises. First of all, this paper puts forward some hypotheses about the relationship between the elements and innovation activities. Secondly, this paper uses structural equation modeling method to conduct an empirical study on the survey data of high-tech enterprises, and verifies that environment is an important factor affecting the independent innovation of high-tech enterprises. Finally, the research results are tested and analyzed based on the data association and fusion method of big data. The results show that, except the contribution rate of policy and law environment to independent innovation is slightly low, the impact of other environmental factors is very significant. Therefore, in the formulation of local government's innovative environmental policies, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis of all environmental factors. At the same time, it is necessary to coordinate the relationship between various elements and optimize the allocation of elements, so as to effectively enhance the independent innovation ability of regional high-tech enterprises.
