Child Safety Wearable Device Using Raspberry Pi

Abstract

This paper examines the idea of a savvy youngster wearable gadget for little kids. The
motivation behind this paper is to assist guardians with finding their youngsters effortlessly.The
paper designed is a prototype that monitors the health condition of the children with the help of
heartbeat, humidity and temperature sensor. The gas sensor detects the leakage of gas leakage and
fire. It detects if there is too much change in the position of the child and also senses if any obstacle
found using accelerometer sensor respectively. GPS helps to monitor where the child is actually
located. For observation of the kid environmental factors, to get a more clear image of the area or
spot, this wearable can likewise be joined a camera module in it. The storing and computation of the
large data can be performed easily on a cloud platform. This project is integrated with the wireless
technology and the cloud technology which includes the advantages of both the technologies within
the child safety device. Thus undertaking this target give guardians a feeling that all is well with the
world for their youngster in the present time.
