Abstract

The study aims to determine the socio-economic details of consumers and their satisfaction with online shopping in the Namakkal District. The study was conducted in the Namakkal District. Only primary data are used in the study. Data were collected from 120 consumers who have purchased products online over the past six months using a convenient sampling technique. The study concluded that online consumers are satisfied. This study directly indicates that the Internet marketer should attach more importance to the price factor and the after-sales factor. In this competitive era, all internet marketers need to focus on consumer satisfaction to retain existing consumers, and offer to offer a new scheme every day to attract new consumers.
