Study on the Pressure Angle of Spherical Tooth Planetary Gear Train Globoidal Cam Transmission Mechanism
Abstract
Reducer is a mechanical transmission device in many fields. Pressure angle is one of the main indexes to evaluate the transmission performance of transmission mechanism. Planetary gear train globoidal cam transmission mechanism is a new type of transmission. It is necessary to study and analyze the pressure angle of the mechanism. In this paper, take spherical tooth as an example, according to the calculation theory of pressure angle of globoidal cam, the calculation formula of pressure angle of planetary gear train globoidal cam transmission mechanism was derived, and the pressure angle under different parameter combinations was calculated.
