Abstract

Industrial prosperity is the prerequisite for the development of villages. As 2020 is a crucial year for China’s targeted poverty alleviation, it is required to realize the transformation from poverty alleviation to prosperity based on consolidating the previous results of poverty alleviation. Based on the rural revitalization strategy, this paper studies the industrial development of the areas that have been lifted out of poverty, with specific villages as research objects, and structural equation modeling is used to analyze the factors influencing the industrial development of the villages under the jurisdiction of Fuping County, Hebei Province, so as to explore the direct and indirect effects of key influencing factors on industrial benefits, and identify the paths and degree of the influence of key factors on industrial benefits. The following conclusions are drawn: ? four influencing factors: land characteristics, investment intensity, infrastructure, and human resource characteristics have positive impact on industrial benefits; ? the characteristics of land and human resources have a significant indirect influence on industrial benefits through investment intensity; ? infrastructure and investment intensity have a significant direct impact on industrial benefits. Finally, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, including accurately identifying the weak links in village development, improving the education and confidence of villagers, building industrial advantages, infrastructure construction, and scaling up efforts in the construction of village-level economic service organizations.
