The main body of the enterprise financing platform includes government, financial institutions, guarantee institutions and enterprises, which need financing. From the perspective of research, this paper analyzes the role and mutual cooperation of the parties in the platform. On the basis of the government enterprise financing platform is in the integration of existing resources. And the common power of the market is used to solve the problem of financing difficulties of corporate finance. Which breaks the separate rely on government funds and the role of market regulation limitations. As a result, it achieves a win-win situation.
