Research on Assembly Building Technology in Severe Cold Area Based on Bim

Abstract

In this paper, the author researches on the assembly building technology in severe cold area based on BIM. In this paper, based on the sustainable development theory, starting from the difference between the prefabricated building with the traditional method of construction cast, factors affecting the prefabricated building for sustainable development of economic analysis, resources, environment, aspects social is designed to build a perfect prefabricated building evaluation index system of sustainable development, provide support to realize investigation of prefabricated building and sustainable development by using building information management (BIM) system in severe cold area. The experiment result shows the proposed method can fulfill the engineering requirements in operation process of building in severe cold area.
