Sales strategies and its relationship with teamwork in the commercial area of a financial company located in Peru

Abstract

Research that had as main objective to determine the relationship between sales strategies (and its dimensions integration strategies applied to sales, intensive strategies applied to sales and diversification strategies applied to sales) with teamwork in the commercial area of a financial company located in Peru. A questionnaire created and validated by the authors was applied to a sample of 37 workers. The results of the normality test determined that the data collected were not normal, so Spearman's rho statistical test was applied to determine the relationship between the variables. The results of the hypothesis test allowed giving validity to the hypotheses raised by the researchers, fulfilling the objectives of the research.
