Efficiency and Influencing Factors of Regional Capacity Cooperation based on DEA-TOBITModel

Abstract

This paper takes China and Central Asian countries as examples, uses DEA model to analyze the efficiency of regional productivity cooperation, and then uses TOBIT model to analyze the factors that influence the productivity cooperation efficiency. It is found that the efficiency of productivity cooperation among them as a whole is not effective, and there is input redundancy or insufficient output. Productivity cooperation efficiency difference is obvious and unstable. It is found that the level of economic development shows a small negative correlation, and the resource environment, infrastructure construction and political environment are all positively related to the economic development level.
