Abstract

In today's fast-developing era, products no longer only meet the basic functions and practical value of people's lives, but more importantly, meet people's life and spiritual needs, and must also increase the beauty of quality and shape. Modular furniture has developed into one of the consumer products of a dictionary on the market with the times. However, the category of modular furniture is very complicated, and the factors that consumers consider when purchasing products are very complicated. It is difficult for designers to grasp the psychology of consumers. Therefore, this study uses the AHP analysis method to clarify the consumer's decision-making issues when purchasing modular furniture. The purpose of the research is to propose an evaluation process to generate appropriate connections between different design factors and consumers. The research results are based on consumers' decision-making theory for purchasing modular furniture, and provide furniture designers with information on consumer choice factors, thereby helping designers shorten the design cycle.
