Abstract

In order to study the application of exercise load monitoring in college students. In this paper, the square root of the mean square of the difference between adjacent heart rate intervals and heart rate variability index were used to monitor the continuous training load of athletes with different exercise intensity. In this paper, 14 women football players of professional level were selected. Two days before the start of the experiment, they did not exercise with high intensity. They ran 3 km on the treadmill with two different intensities. After 60% WVO intensity was completed, the subjects took a rest for at least 2 days before starting the 85% vVO2max test. The baseline data of heart rate variability (HRV) were recorded at rest for 5 min and 5 min and 30 min after running. The results show that Post5 RMSSD can effectively evaluate the intensity of continuous exercise. TLHRV evaluation of athletes' exercise load has good consistency with TRIMP, which can be applied to monitor athletes' continuous training load with different exercise intensity.
