Abstract

This work is based on the Lead-free Perovskites Solar Cells (LFPSCs) for the
application of photovoltaic (PV). Here, the selection of Lead-free Perovskites Halide, it gives
the magnificent properties of optoelectronics, synthesis, most favorable bandgap, and ecofriendly nature. Therefore, we select the CTB for this work and promise to the synthesis of
Cesium (Cs) based on highly efficient thin-film solar cells (TFSCs). It having a stable energy
level and most promising bandgap of ? 1.8 eV, large carrier-diffusion on the balanced term.
First reported CTB thin-film based LFPSCs efficiency up to 3.3%. This work is dedicated to
green environmental-based solar cell manufacturing for low cast highly efficient.
