Abstract

Achieving the purpose of quality education by means of bringing improvement in the performance of students has always been the prime objective of any educational institution because it plays a significant role in transforming the society by bringing in an overall development in the personality of students. It has been observed that the availability of accountable and responsible teachers is a major factor to enhance the literacy level of the region. Research tells us that teachers who are cognizant of and respond to each child can supportively facilitate the ability of all children in the classroom to reconnoiter actively and learn. Only being kind and caring doesn’t mean that the teacher is sensitive towards his profession rather, it is about how teachers continuously show responsiveness and approachable to students’ present academic and psychological capabilities and requirements. It provides provisions for learners who can share their ideas freely and challenge themselves frequently. In other words, teaching sensitively helps students feel at ease with sharing their ideas, taking risks, and challenging themselves academically and socially. It also encourages students to work comfortably on their own and in groups because they know they can approach the teacher and he will be helpful. Daniels & Perry also worked in this area and found that the teachers who use more student-centered approach e.g. approaches that exhibit understanding the individual dissimilarities among the children in the class, involving students in the process of decree related to classroom and recognizing their developmental, individual and relational necessities were able to motivate and encourage their students to a greater extent as compared to those who were avoiding such approaches in their teaching strategy. The things to show Positive relationship between students and teachers can be identified by the personality of the teachers that they are sharing the happiness and enjoyment of students, intermingling with students in a responsive and reverential manner, proposing students' assistance in achieving scholastic and societal goals, lending a hand to students to replicate on their thinking and learning ability, acquainted with and exhibit information about each student’s societal and family background, interests, poignant potency, and scholastic echelons, having control over their negative emotions of petulance or annoyance toward students and; teaching them the value of teamwork and group activities with peers by heartening students to be thoughtful and reverential to each other. Outstanding teachers and improved teaching attitudes are the foremost necessary to achieve this outcome. Resources and funds alone cannot resolve the difficulties in this regard, but a plan of reforms is needed along with these resources to face this challenge. Also, it is a question worth mentioning how to improve the level of literacy by means of bringing in a system of quality education. Who all are responsible to bring this change in the educational field of primary education? Without any qualm, the answer will be the educators, mentors, teachers who affect the young minds to the maximum extent by maintaining a cordial and supportive relationship with them. The mere availability of school building, playground, library, and other resources including degree holder teachers is not sufficient to bring an all-round development of the students but the teachers who are passionate and responsible to take their profession in a real sense. They can bring positive changes in the behavior and academics of students by realizing and identifying their needs to give this output. This piece of study could have an impact on the field of educational research in Patna district, and subsequently may be a step towards the enrichment of knowledge of quality education, not only for Bihar but also for the whole country.
