Study on Promoting Growth and Inhibiting Disease of Greenhouse Tomato Compounded with Microbial Agent and Biological Organic Fertilizer

Abstract

—In order to study the growth and inhibition effects of "wofengkang" compounded with microbial
agent and biological fertilizer on greenhouse tomato. This experiment used the method of field measurement
of tomato growth period, growth characteristics and disease index of root knot nematode disease, to explore
the best compound microbial agent and biological fertilizer compound treatment. The results showed that
the compound microbial agent treatment advanced the initial flowering period by comparing with
conventional CK, fruiting period and color turning period of tomatoes, and reached a significant difference
with conventional CK (P<0.05). The flowering period of tianying 2, red cherry and black pearl was 2.50d,
2.95d and 2.44d earlier than that of regular CK, and the fruiting period was 2.93d, 3.29d and 2.07d earlier
than that of regular CK, and the color turning period was 3.89d, 8.72d and 4.10d earlier than that of regular
CK, respectively, which laid a solid foundation for early delivery and high yield of tomatoes. The plant
height, stem diameter, maximum leaf area and leaf number of tomato were significantly different from those
of conventional CK (P<0.05). The prevention effects of tianying 2, red cherry and black pearl were 45.71%,
61.59% and 41.92%, respectively. With the decrease of the number of root knot nematodes in 100g soil and
tomato roots, the nematode decline rate of tiangye 2 reached 56.57% and 55.91%, respectively, the
nematode decline rate of red cherry reached 59.16% and 59.49%, and the nematode decline rate of black
pearl reached 56.82% and 52.46%, respectively. Therefore, "WoFengKang" compound microbial agent and
biological organic fertilizer compound can promote the growth period of tomato, field early growth and the
occurrence of root knot nematode disease and recommended the use of "WoFengKang" biological organic
fertilizer, on the basis of 360 kg as base fertilizer, in the period of planting date or seedling state , flowering
period, early results, using provinces "WoFengKang" compound microscopic bacteria agent 3 to 4 timesand
with drip irrigation, each 1000 ml, which has important practical guiding significance to tomato disease
suppression.
