Construction Management of Polri Culture in The Process Organization of Education in Police Academy Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of the Polri cultural construction in the process of providing education at the Indonesian Police Academy. This research is important to produce quality Indonesian police. The population is the Police Academy Cadet This research method uses a qualitative approach. Data sources consist of (1) primary data, namely the main data needed in this study that is obtained directly through interviews, observations, and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The results of the research are the construction of the national police culture in the process of providing education in the police academy that has succeeded in increasing the quality of police.
