Abstract

Rapid technology development is affecting the way today’s generation to absorb knowledge in an education setting. The term Modern Learner is being discussed and researched. How the learner absorbs knowledge and information is different from the previous generation. These differences need to be adjusted with new content delivery and study method. A micro-study model or Microlearning that can be adapted to mobile devices is the alternative solution for the Modern Learner. This study model has been applied in many work environments and company training. The expected result is the acceptance of the students as the Modern Learner is using Microlearning. The activity to measure the model will be done to more than one hundred Binus Online Learning students. Survey methodology will be used to assess students’ acceptance of Microlearning and its relation to students’ type of work.
