Abstract

Disaster is something that can’t be avoided, disaster can be caused by human error or natural disasters, in today's modern era, disasters caused by human error able to detected quickly, because modern places and buildings are equipped with sensors that are integrated with modern computers. some information the conditions of the place and the environment with the help of electronic sensor and devices, today's modern challenge is how to make an outdoor disaster sensor that is able to record and read natural climate changes. This tool is used as a tool for early warning of natural disasters, be it grazing, floods and forest fires, some of these disasters are unpredictable and can’t be calculated, but you can see the early signs of a disaster, for example a sea earthquake will cause a tsunami or a flood disaster will cause landslides for areas through which the river flows. The solution to this problem is to make an IoT floods detection device that can be stored in places and areas prone to earthquakes or floods, the tool will be equipped with a sensor installed in the flood area, the function of the tool then sends data on water velocity and water level, water level data will be recorded automatically in the event of rain and data can be sent via cloud computing.
