Effect on Employee Motivation Due to Work-Life Balance in Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

The recent spread of Covid-19 has affected the lifestyle of everyone, but this has made a distinct influence on the work-life-balance of working individuals. Therefore, key objective of this research is to determine the effect of Work-life-balance on Employee Motivation. The present study is based on a descriptive method. Through the structured questionnaire using the Likert scale, the data has been collected through an online survey where research found 150 respondents as sample size and regression analysis takes used to prove the significance of outcomes. Work-life balance-related factors, namely, supportive management, work satisfaction, growth opportunity and psychological health, were found to have a significant impact on employee motivation in these trying times of COVID-19.
