Simulation Of Infinite-Impulse-Response Filters With Hybrid SAGA Algorithm
Abstract
A novel scheme for optimal Infinite-Impulse-Response (IIR) digital type filter design using heuristic techniques is proposed under the hybrid algorithm criterion. The power of proposed methodology is illustrated by enhancing Simulated Annealing with Genetic algorithm (SAGA). The hybrid SAGA technique is applied to determine the values of optimal coefficients of I.I.R. digital type filters and assessment is favorably performed through filter design analysis toolbox and other metaheuristic techniques. Several cases are presented to proveusefulness ofprojected method.The representation of Poles-Zeros ofintended filters using this technique offers us stable types of filter and can be valuable to the experts working in the area of signal attenuation.
