Jordanian Telecommunication Companies Success through Social Capital and Human Resources Management

Abstract

Nowadays, organizational success is a dominant variable that presents both enormous opportunities and obstacles to the decision making and staff of telecommunication companies. This current study aimed to uncover the effect of HRM and social capital on organizational success in Jordan. The data was proportionally collected from 234 managers of Telecommunication companies. PLS-SEM.3 software was used in the analysis of data. The results showed that social capital had a negative impact on organizational success; however, the norms of HRM had a positive impact on organization success. The results indicated that the HR managers in telecommunications companies have a substantial impact on organizations’ success. Therefore, fundamental changes in HRM and social capital are required for comprehensive development and organization success in Jordan.
