Analysis and Design of Monitoring Activation Progress Information System Using RUP Method

Abstract

The Bandung Regional Strategic Business Unit is part of the PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus which is engaged in telecommunication and information technology business. In order to achieve its vision and mission, the company seeks to plan a business strategy through its business progress data which has been processed into information that can be used to create a company business strategy by utilizing existing Information Systems. However, the information system currently in use cannot manage data effectively because there are still several separate processes from the system so that data management is hampered and the process of making business progress information is ineffective. Therefore, the company needs to build an information system to manage the separate process so that the data management process becomes more effective. To build this information system so that it functions according to needs, it is necessary to analyze and design an information system using the RUP method and UML Modeling so that we can see what the system needs are based on the object orientation of the running system to see what the system requirements are built to meet the needs of the system. company business needs effectively
