Stress Classification of Medical Practitioners Using Machine Learning Techniques

Abstract

Stress is a feeling of tension either emotional or physical. In whichever field of work, most of them undergo the work pressure. Nowadays, most stressed people are medical practitioners. The doctors, nurses, and other health care members are trying their maximum to save one's life. COVID-19 forces doctors to extend their working time daily. The paper aims to produce a study of the physical and mental health status of them from the previous year to this pandemic situation. The working hours, working sector, overtime duty, and mode of stress relief are the parameters to identify the stress level among them and also produces the comparison based on gender, who is stressed more. The research has analyzed various practitioners' mental problems due to their lifestyles and corporate culture in multispecialty hospitals and individual targets in some states of India. Especially due to Covid-19, all the doctors at the global level, tremendous variations bring out the larger affected population. The research aims to evaluate which machine learning techniques will work efficiently to classify the various stress levels of doctors
