The results of implemented researches on substantiation the parameters of the disc ploupher

Abstract

Processing the soil by a way of tilling is considered to be most power-consuming actions.
Therefore at present it is important to manufacture plows with power (energy) and resources-saving as well
as high productivity. On the basis of above the disc plougher was worked out and its parameters were
researched. Based on the results of implemented researches in effort for the disc plougher to process the soil
(lands tillage) in the appropriate manner at working velocity of 6-8 km/h and in terms when the less power
(energy) is consumed; its operating elements should be set at an angle at range 35-40° to the direction of
movement, and in the range of 15-18° to vertical, the transverse distance between them should be in range of
28-32 cm.
