Abstract

Electrical misoperation in electrical control system is a frequent failure that threatens the safe operation of the system. It may lead to the destruction of electrical equipment, the collapse of system oscillation, and even cause personal casualties. This paper discusses the design of anti misoperation in configuration of distributed electrical control system based on state observer. The electromagnetic lock is controlled by PLC, and the PLC circuit is controlled by software on microcomputer. The system overcomes many disadvantages of non real time system and improves the flexibility and security of anti misoperation. The user can simulate the operation on the circuit diagram of the interface. If the simulation result is correct, the system will generate the sequence steps and contents of the operation. The user can operate according to the order of the operation ticket. At the same time, the system can track the user's operation and unlock and lock the corresponding electromagnetic lock. At the same time, the system realizes the functions of operation input, query, modification, PLC networking, alarm and so on. The experimental results show that the system can prevent misoperation and improve the efficiency of the system.
