Abstract

The number of small and micro ecological environmental protection enterprises is increasing in domestic enterprises, which has become one of the main driving forces in China's economic development. However, in the operation and development of small and micro ecological environmental protection enterprises (SMEEPE), due to high financing cost and few financing channels, small and micro enterprises have financing difficulties, which to a large extent limits the development and scale expansion of SMEEPE. Based on credit rationing, this paper discusses the reasons why banks and other financial institutions are reluctant to lend and refuse to lend, and proposes to solve the problem of incomplete credit market information by strengthening the acquisition of “hard information” and “soft information”. Combined with the characteristics of big data, this paper expounds the solutions to the problems of small and micro enterprises, such as lack of financing channels, information asymmetry, credit evaluation difficulties and so on. At the same time, this paper introduces the financing mode of SMEEPE under the background of Internet finance of big data platform, analyzes the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises in traditional financial environment, and discusses the financing innovation strategy of small and micro enterprises under Internet Finance Based on big data platform. The experimental results show that the application of big data can effectively alleviate the information asymmetry in the financing market, and improve the potential problems caused by adverse selection and moral hazard. The research results of this paper provide new ideas and technical solutions to solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized ecological environmental protection enterprises.
