Abstract

The traditional evaluation index of formation injectability only considers the relative size of the particle size of the injected medium and the size of the slurry, and takes its ratio as the discriminant index. However, other factors such as clayey soil content, gradation and water-cement ratio also affect the injectability of sand. This paper designed a set of sand layer grouting test apparatus, using the device for different groups of sand layer grouting, water cement ratio, content of clayey soil are analyzed on the impact of sand layer can note, obtained considering water cement ratio and two levels of clayey soil correction coefficient function expression, and on this basis, the traditional note discriminant index formula for the correction. The experimental results show that the water-cement ratio and the content of viscous soil have significant influences on the injectability of sand layer. The modified injectability calculation formula and the criterion of injectability can be used to fully consider the influences of water-cement ratio and the content of viscous soil, and the injectability of sand layer can be judged more accurately.
