Abstract

Big data has been applied to students' study, teachers' teaching, resource construction and school education. Teachers' management of educational scientific research achievements is an important driving force for higher education and an effective guarantee for improving the quality of education. The management of scientific research achievements by university teachers is an important driving force of higher education, which effectively guarantees the quality of education. However, there are many problems and drawbacks in the performance management of university teachers, and the emergence of big data provides new ideas and methods for this task. Based on big data technology, multi-dimensional analysis can be carried out on the diversified data of universities, providing scientific decision-making basis for the sustainable development of universities. According to the current situation and existing problems of university professors' performance management, this paper puts forward the concept of big data, analyzes the enlightenment of big data thought on university professors' performance management, and establishes university performance management system based on it.
