Abstract

With the development of national economy, the construction industry ushered in a new opportunity for development. At the same time, the development of the industry also puts forward higher requirements for the management of construction projects, such as the information and data management of the whole life cycle of construction projects. Combined with the development status of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad, this paper first analyzes the application and research progress of BIM information technology in the field of construction for many years, as well as the development trend of BIM Technology in the future. This paper takes planning, production, construction and operation as the breakthrough point, and deeply explores the application of BIM management system in the whole life cycle management of prefabricated buildings. Secondly, this paper puts forward the methods and advantages of BIM Technology in the whole life cycle of prefabricated building, and expounds the deep integration development of BIM Technology and prefabricated building in the future. Thirdly, this paper systematically analyzes the typical application points of BIM Technology and the extended application direction of "BIM +", and studies the main methods and specific applications of BIM Technology in the whole life cycle of architecture, architectural design, engineering construction and other stages based on a prefabricated project. Finally, this paper gives suggestions on the extension of the application of BIM Technology in the whole life cycle management of prefabricated buildings. The research results provide a certain reference value for BIM information management in the whole life cycle of prefabricated buildings.
