Online English Learning System Based on Web Technology and Big Data

Abstract

With the rapid development of online teaching, the problem of single teaching mode has become increasingly prominent. In order to achieve sustainable and effective development, we need to build a personalized online teaching platform. Web mining technology makes personalized teaching possible. This study uses web mining technology to track and collect a large amount of data left by learners in the online course of College English. This paper analyzes the learners' learning habits, learning progress, learning effect and so on, and customizes a reasonable personalized learning platform for them. This paper analyzes the algorithm and strategy of intelligent test paper generation in the system, establishes a mathematical model of intelligent test paper generation based on the practicality and operability of the algorithm, and designs an optimization method based on improved genetic algorithm to solve the model. This paper improves the online teaching personalized service system and optimizes the teaching resources. The experimental results show that this paper has successfully built a customized online teaching platform based on Web data mining and big data, which can improve students' English learning efficiency.
