Lead Scoring system using LSTM and Sentiment Analysis
Abstract
Lead quality is a factor that allows identifying how likely the prospects become paying customers. Higher the quality of the leads, the more likely they become customers. In this paper, we present the LSTM system and a sentiment analysis system to score leads. We compare both methods and show how the LSTM could be implemented along with sentiment analysis.
