The statistic used is to find the mean, the standard deviation and component analysis. It is found from the study that the overall levels of working behavior of the teacher’s performance of dutiesare at a high level.  Considering in each aspect, it is found that the levels of all the 7 aspects of teaching performance are at a high level. The highest level is in the development of teacher’s quality and the lowest level is in the competency of teacher in the educational reform era. Concerning the study of components analysis, it is found that the components are analyzed by principle component analysis and orthogonal rotation by Varimax Method. Having obtained 6 components, that each component has the Eigen Values more than 1.0. It is found from the significant test, the standardized factor loading has a statistically significant at the level of 0.01.  The 6 components consisted of 1) Being academic leader 2) Being professional teacher 3) Having a code of conduct in the  teaching profession 4)Being responsible to the Having the students and colleagues in learning management  5) Having competency in developing teaching profession 6) Having  competency in developing the students.
