Android Application for EO Division, DOPT Using Data Mining and Analysis Tools

Abstract

In this project, a mobile application based on the Android operating system develops for storing and analyzing executive officer information. The detailed information can view by the member of the Organization and accessible within the Organization. The application creates, and the result will store in the MySQL database. The developed application should be able to provide instant access to employee information.  Encryption is the essential security measure that fulfills in this application. In the emerging knowledge era, organizations rely on their members. As a result, monitoring employee performance is critical to introducing a framework to assess and optimize employee/officer performance. Data mining techniques extract information that is essential for predicting employee results. Data mining's primary focus is collecting different data from a database or data warehouse and collecting those information that has never been known before and is valid. And after Predicting officer's performance based on their qualification and performance level using various algorithms and analyzing the experimental result using multiple analysis tools.  In this project, I have to develop the Android Application for the DOPT EO-based officers, in which I am using Android Studio as an IDE and PHP – MYSQL for acquiring the backend data from the servers. Two libraries used in this project are Retrofit, and one is the Volley for the Fetching data from the servers using API. The final part of this project is to fetch the list of officers based on matched parameters.
