Housing Fund Programs Genarate Quality Service for Householders in Uzbekistan

Abstract

This article provides a housing fund programs backgrounds in case of comparative analysis of
the taking reforms at the field of homeowners and services which they have been taken. Modernization and
digitalization of the economy should transform budget and time serving management system in
householding as well. Main purpose of the paper work is clarifying various housing fund programs of
developed economies foe optimization into national quality service goals and practices. Main outcomes can
be discussed as clearly stated Law and international experience would be collaborate for schedule new
projects. As a conclusion authors demonstrated new affiliation and areas for testing selected programs for
archiving expected results with best service. Also, authors developed proposals and recommendations to
improve the housing and communal services management in Uzbekistan.
