Self Sketches as a Tool in the Professional Training of a Future Artist-Teacher

Abstract

This article discusses self sketching as a means in the professional training of a future artist-teacher. The current stage of development of the higher education system in our republic makes qualitatively new requirements for the content and methodology of education, increasing its efficiency. The Strategy of Actions for the Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan defines the priority task “to continue the course of further improvement of the continuous education system, to increase the availability of quality educational services, to train highly qualified personnel in accordance with the modern needs of the labor market” [8]. From this point of view, the improvement, based on the competence-based approach, of technologies for the development of professional and pedagogical creativity of future teachers of the fine arts, the provision of pedagogical conditions and didactic opportunities for their lasting assimilation of reproductive, productive, partly search and creative levels of innovative activity. The article provides information on the subject.
