The role of information technology in any form of entrepreneurship is growing, since the events
of recent years prove the current trend in demand for mobile services, using the latest technologies and
reducing costs. The article discusses the formation of methods to increase the competitiveness of insurance
companies through the use of electronic methods to attract customers and the effective use of e-commerce
elements.
