Abstract

The development of organizational productivity is based on the efficiency of the workforce. In
this term, organizational policies regarding recruitment and selection have influenced the employees
prominently. Different types of selection as well as the recruitment policies of a firm have helped to expand
professional opportunities for the employees. It is helpful for improving employee productivity. This
improved production of the workforce is also related to the enhancement of organizational production rates.
With the aid of the descriptive research design and deductive research approach, it is figured out that
organizational policies of recruitment and selection are related to the improvement of employee engagement
to the firm. The use of internal recruitment strategies such as transfer, promotions and many others has
helped to enhance positively influenced workforce efficiency. These are also useful for enhancing employee
talent. Besides this, the presence of talent management in a firm is helpful for ensuring the development of
organizational production with the aid of employee performance. This research has mentioned some
examples of Indian firms in terms of assessing the role of recruitment as well as selection strategies for
ensuring organizational production. This evidence is revealed the role of talent management in
organizational production improvement in different companies in India. Additionally, the implementation of
an induction training session for recently recruited talents and some other strategies will be helpful for
ensuring organizational production rates prominently.
