Abstract

The main issue in burnout is due to the company is not from the employee side because when a business gives a limited work and a good atmosphere the employee won’t get any stress or boring. And if all the things are good from company side then the problem should be from employee. Physical healthy to work, low job satisfaction, absenteeism and poor work are the few issues we face in the employee burnout. The companies should form a team to deal with employee burnout and have a strategy to solve it with the employees then and there and also the company should fulfill the employee satisfaction. Most of the times, external factors also possibly influence the state of mind of the employees. The most prominent factor is taxation and it has crucial role in the revenue side of the employment. This literature tries on measuring the perception on challenges in GST of employees and their job burnout.
