Perception of Employees in Export Industry on Export Performance
Organization transformation is a steadily increasing concept and the course in which the employees in an organization adapt themselves to the rapid challenge and also get a hold of the opportunities to develop their efficiency to look up the quality of the organization. The idea behind the organization transformation is to explicitly intend to transfer information and particular skills that cause the users to become adjusted to the changes in organization’s vision, mission, and technology systems and to recognize and keep down the sources of resistance to the transformation. This survey is carried out to measure IT employee’s perception about organizational transformation. Data includes 80 employees who work in IT industry. This study concludes that employee’s temperament significantly supports organizational transformation and which is influenced by age factor.
