Abstract

Long term association between employees and management can be attained through the best and effective employee retentions practices and methods. Employee Retention normally starts from the first day of new employee by grooming them the best way in their jobs to excel.  Generally Public or any private firm acts either successful or decline according to their man power resource. Attrition is one of the significant difficulties looked by the company. The purpose of the study about explainsthe impact of Employee attrition &various methods to retain talents. Many factors leadto attrition and unfriendly relationship with subordinates and unsatisfactory rules and policies are two of those.The researcher has collected response of respondents thought questionnaire and applied different statistical tools to analysis; mainly factor analysis and regression analysis method.
