MODEL OF DEVELOPING THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF MANAGERS AND TEACHERS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF INNOVATIVE EDUCATION
Abstract
The article describes the development of professional competence, metacompetitions, a cluster of competencies, a model of competencies of managers and teachers of higher education institutions and its system of basic competencies and metacrofessional competencies that are of general importance for corporate, ie professional activity. Also, conclusions and recommendations on improving the organizational and managerial and qualimetric mechanisms for the development of professional competence of managers were developed.
