Abstract

Despite the fact that there is a large amount of literature related to the ways of development of a general educational institution (e.g. Tomlinson, 2004;  Kochhar, 2011; Gunter and Helen, 2011 et al.), a number of gaps can be found in this system. In particular, pedagogical science often sees two interconnected subjects as the main elements in need of raising their level - teacher-student (e.g. Alexander, 2008; Saphier, 2008). However, as modern studies have shown (e.g. Mulatu Dea, 2013; Fitzgerald T., 2013 et al.), the role of a leader in the development of social systems is also important.
