The researched population was represented by Thai business-sector employees in Thailand. The purposive and convenience sampling method was performed in Bangkok and the metropolitan area.A total of 400 usable questionnaires were analyzed in this research.Descriptive statistics and Discriminant analysis have been employed. The equation of this study wasD= ?0+?1CUL + ?2LMX + ?3SUP + ?4ETH.The results found that(1) the average values of key factors including job satisfaction, leader support, leader-member exchange, corporate culture, and ethical leadership, were at a high level,(2) the standardized discriminant function of this study wasZ’ = 0.423 ZSUP + 0.681 ZLMX + 0.524 ZETH, (3) based on the discriminant coefficients, it found that the leader-member exchange (LMX) had greater discriminant power than other factors, and (4) the equation derived from the research can correctly classify the original grouped cases by 62percent, based on the probability of being accurately predicted. The research suggests that business management should focus on three key factors of leadership including leader support, leader-member exchange, and ethical leadership for improving the employees’ job satisfaction. This will lead to improving employee productivity and organizational success.
