Abstract

This article analyzes the risks of power users and draws on the transfer theory of risk elements,
proposes forward and reverse transmission methods that accompany power transactions between power
generation companies, grids and users. In the case of information asymmetry, use rough set to quantitatively
extract incomplete information in the electricity transaction process, and then establish a risk transmission
model for electricity users. Case studies have verified the feasibility and scientificity of the model. The results
show that power service risk is the main risk factor faced by users, so power companies need to formulate
effective strategies to reduce the losses of different users and different risk transmission methods.
