Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is an activity that is certainly always carried out by every
company to measure how far the performance that employees have given to the company. Performance
appraisal by utilizing information and communication technology has transformed manual appraisal into an
application-based integrated system with various platforms. Performance appraisal conducted by PT. Ebdesk
Technology is currently based on reports from each division leader that records employee performance results
based on the tasks assigned by the leader to each employee, by designing a web-based employee performance
appraisal system, which is expected to produce performance reports that can be carried out company
benchmarks in assessing the performance of employees. Web-based employee performance appraisal
application as a tool to support the process of scheduling and setting the field and is expected to be an
employee's ground control in carrying out their duties. At the end of this paper, the author wants to build a
web application that can provide valid employee performance reports based on the activities carried out by
employees in the application, which are expected to help companies use this system to assess employee
performance
