Study the Plasma Parameters by Probe method

Abstract

In present study, the 0.1mm tungsten measurement and 2 mm length Langmuir test was utilized to
research electron temperature and the electron thickness at separation 0.07 mm at point from surface of
anode. Also, the planer magnetron faltering gadget was utilized. Just as the weight on the plasma boundary
impacted were learned in these separation.
After effect in this study demonstrated show that when the weight expanded the temperature of electron will
diminished while the thickness of electron expanded.
