Mergers and Compensation and Their Impact on Employee Performance: A case Study of PT Gojeg and Blue Bird Bandung

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of mergers and compensation on employee
performance at PT. Gojek and Blue Bird Bandung. This type of research is descriptive verification research.
The population of this study were all drivers of PT. Blue Bird, as many as 50 people. The data collection
method in this study is a questionnaire using multiple regression analysis. The results of the F test show that
the value of Adjusted R2 is 0.551. Statistically it proves that the merger and compensation variables partially
have a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the results of respondents on the merger and
compensation variables there is a low value or it can be said that it is not good enough.
