Abstract

Our work is showing the poly-caprolactone-PCL-hydroxyapatite-HA-Graphene oxide-GO Additive
materials for human scaffolds tissue engineering application on bones produced through a molten and polysolidified Extraction on additive manufacturing Technology. Multi-porous Material with four different micropore Constructing were making by differentiating the multi-pore size (400µm) and the like-lay down pattern
(0/45deg. or 0/90 deg. As for the equi matrix composite having varying HA percentages (0%, 15% and 20%)
and varying GO Percentages ( 0%,20% and 25%) used in molten melted PCL and then allowed for
solidification. These scaffolds were characterized in terms of compound, thermal, Metallurgical and Varying
mechanical properties using Approaches such as .Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR),
thermogravimetry, differential scanning calorimetry, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and compression
tests. Additionally, the vitro deviations between scaffolds and Regular living cells were assess.
