Implementation of the Inventory System with the Moving Average Method Case Study at a Fashion Store

Abstract

The existence of information, communication and technology in the business world is the
function of enablers and transformers to help complete work in each field by using integrated
data, thus producing fast information. In industry 4.0 companies engaged in sales, the inventory
function is very important to recap transaction data for receiving, storing and releasing goods.
However, there are several companies still doing it manually which causes data accumulation, so
that the final inventory information is generated between the warehouse card and the physical
inventory in different warehouses, therefore a design is required using the Moving Average
method and Object Oriented-based implementation to control inventory of goods in warehouse.
