Abstract

Technological developments have changed business activities, one of which is a digital
business. Digital business can accelerate a business process by utilizing very strategic
technology. Network infrastructure to meet digital business needs refers to a combination of
network hardware such as servers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware. Traditional
network systems can no longer accommodate these services because they only refer to
technology and connectivity. Agile Network-based network architecture development design
has the advantage of the fast implementation of a new business model. This design aims to
meet the needs of PT. XYZ for business development in the digital world which is
implemented in the Data Center. The design of this infrastructure development refers to the
IT service management (ITSM) model, namely I.T.I.Lv4 because it is supported by an
explanation of the processes that can be carried out in the implementation of governance and
information technology management.
